Tutu Mary's Fruit Salad Recipe ----- 1 can pinapple chunks, drained 1 can mandarin oranges, drained 1 crisp apple, cut in chunks 1 firm ripe banana, cut in chunks 2 kiwi fruit, peeled, cut in chunks 1 cup sour cream, regular or non-fat 1/4 cup toasted coconut, or chopped roasted macadamia nuts ----- Blend all ingredients gently, top with coconut or nuts.
