All items are created with the finest jeweler’s materials to make every piece heirloom quality. Please note that semi-precious gemstones and other natural materials may have extreme color, texture and transparency variations that are characteristic of the stones or materials. All materials and supplies are inspected carefully and defective items are culled prior to construction. Computer generated colors, finishes and photo sizing may vary from the actual item. RTW items will be shipped within 48 hours of our receiving payment confirmation. All RTW items are subject to prior sale. In the (rare) instance that this occurs, you will be notified prior to payment processing. Upon availability of materials, you may be given the option to Back Order under the MTO terms below. This option does not extend to RTW items that are also labeled "One-of-a-Kind" or "Limited Edition."

MTO fulfillment will begin within 24 hours of our receiving payment confirmation. Every effort will be made for a fast turnaround for MTO items, requiring additional time for communications with you, material ordering and construction of your customized piece. Please allow up to 30 days lead time when placing your order. In regard to AGJ Custom Colors, jewelry items created with special effects, limited edition, vintage or discontinued stock are calculated at market prices.

Ânuenue Gems & Jewels offers custom designs in fine jewelers' quality materials. We guarantee your satisfaction with a 21-Day Preview. This is a 21-day period from Shipping date for your consideration of finished items. After this 21-day period, all sales are final.

Orders submitted without verified payment will be held for five (5) working days in our system.

An order cancellation will only be accepted with written Notification from the buyer. Please use the email address provided on our Invoice. Please include our Invoice Number and Item Description in your communication. If Notification is received at any time prior to shipping, a refund will be provided in the amount of the item price, plus applicable Tax and Shipping charges collected.

Please wear and treat your jewelry item as you would a fine watch. Put on after dressing and grooming, take off before removing clothing. Do not wear during physical activities at work or sports. Do not immerse in water or chemicals. Pearls, crystal, gemstone, glass and polymer beads, should be wiped with a clean soft cloth. Metal surfaces can be polished with a treated jewelry cloth to remove tarnish without scratching. Please store in the protective packaging provided, away from sun, moisture and extremes of heat and cold.

WARNING NOTICE: CHOKING HAZARD ~ Small Parts. Not for Children Under 6 yrs. Beads and components are also breakable upon impact or pressure. Please handle with care.
